Terms and conditions

1. Items sent (Rakshaw/Yantra) will not be taken back unless it has physically damaged during the transit post/courier.

2. For Yantra Advance payment ( 50 percent ) is to be sent first – then once pooja (of 24days) is over, we will inform, then you can pay the remaining amount (50 percent) plus additional expense of Rs 1800/- for additional energization and get the item within 5 to 7 days. You will get email/phone confirmation from us once money is received by us. Item will be delivered within 30 days ( after 24 days of enerigation pooja )

3. Yantra Advance Money can not be refunded if you are not taking delivery after the pooja of 24 days is over ( as the pooja is done for you only with your name lagna star rasi) then that yantra can not used by anybody else except by you . However you can ask for 7 to 10 days of time to take delivery as a special case.

4. However in extreme cases – after advance payment – within one or two days if you inform (over phone/email) to cancel the pooja you can get back the amount.

5. For NADI prediction – only after your NADI leaf is found – we will inform you – then you can pay the full amount for the pack selected and get back NADI predictions within 5 to 10 days

6. For other items like holy thread – ebook – horoscope prediction you have to pay the full amount in advance – you get delivery within 3 to 8 days. ( horoscope prediction may take additional time based on program of astrologer). E-book you will get in the same day or the next day. Holy thread requires mantra japam so you get within 8 to 11 days after 7 days of pooja.
